An outlet for intriguing ingredients, not least because the owners own a parallel food import business, bringing in multi-coloured Peruvian chillies, dried herbs, sun-dried potatoes and sauce mixes. All of these are on sale in one corner of this vividly decorated eatery, with food to match: yellow and red chillies, yellow, white and purple corn plus Peruvian herbal teas and Inca Cola.
